New Year's Eve 2022 Announcement & Camera Showcase
This is my final blog post for 2022 and I have some exciting announcements. I have just acquired a brand new Vivitar high-definition digital camcorder! As a result, La Rosa's Trains will be undergoing several format changes for a more enhanced and, hopefully, a more professional video-making experience. Effective 2023, all upcoming YouTube videos within my channel will be filmed in true HD format, except for a few occasional re-uploads. They will also be processed through a different movie maker software, although my editing techniques should be relatively the same as before.
While I'm on the subject of cameras, here's my showcase of all the devices I've used over the years since 2009, my first year as a YouTube user. Here are the following types:
1st camera: Sony Cyber-Shot Model DSC-P92 (2009-2012)
2nd camera: Shift3 USB Video Camera (2010)
3rd: Canon PowerShot A1100IS Model PC1354 (2012-2022)
4th: Vivitar Digital Camcorder Model DVR5K-BLK (2023-future)
These technical announcements would be beneficial for the upcoming 10th anniversary of La Rosa's Trains. In July 2023, it will have been ten years since I named my online organization for railroad fans and model train enthusiasts. More anniversary details will be available in the next month or two. As far as social networking statistics go, La Rosa's Trains currently has 405 subscribers on YouTube and 221 followers on Facebook. Thank you so much for the growing support for La Rosa's Trains between the two social media sites. I wish you all a very Happy New Year!
