Eric Siegel reviews Lionel’s newest rendition of the O scale Electro-Motive DD35A diesel locomotive. In real life, the DD35A fleet was built only for the Union Pacific Railroad, but the model has since been released in several fantasy paint schemes like the Santa Fe’s blue and yellow freight livery. It’s so much fun to see some what-if schemes painted on locomotives that were never ordered by certain railroads in reality.
