My Coloring of the "Big Brute" (Red, White, & Green)
Welcome back, everyone! Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! On the day of Thanksgiving, I colored another copy of the Lionel Big Brute picture. This is similar to my French-flag-colored loco, but it's painted in Italian flag colors of red, white, and green instead of the red, white, and blue colors. Because tomorrow is the first day of December, these colors also look like Christmas colors. However, the main reason I colored the picture comes from something that I already mentioned before. At least some of my ancestors were Italian immigrants and there was at least one Italian immigrant hired by Lionel. Today, my dad has a big family who lives in Rochester, New York (most of my cousins live there). I know most of our cousins from the Spronz family. Recently, when my dad and I went to my great-aunt's funeral in July 2015, we introduced ourselves to some cousins we haven't met before. They're from another family, the Dinino's. So both Spronz and Dinino are basically Italian-based last names.
