MTH RailKing Cancer Awareness ES44 Diesel Set

Oh my goodness! Look at that! MTH has announced a special item in an effort to raise funds for cancer treatment because we all know that October is cancer awareness month. I first heard about it from MTH's founder Mike Wolf and he was absolutely right. What's amazing about this item is that the locomotive actually has pink animated lights! Here's a video about it.
